Terms of Service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These terms cover your use of AI Exercises at aiexercises.ai (the "service"). By using the service or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Who can use AI Exercises
- You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you.
- You're responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Sign in only with your own Google account.
What the service is
AI Exercises lets you practice writing prompts for AI tools. When you check a prompt, an AI model writes an answer and another AI model grades it against the exercise. Exercises, scores and feedback are for practice and learning.
AI answers can be wrong
- AI answers and grades can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. Don't rely on them as fact.
- Nothing on AI Exercises is medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Exercise scenarios are fictional and for practice only.
- For school, follow your teacher's and school's rules on using AI. AI Exercises is for learning, not for doing graded work for you.
Plans, payments and cancellation
- Free: no payment details needed. Free accounts have a daily limit on exercises.
- Monthly and Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Account → Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment for access for as long as AI Exercises is offered.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future billing periods; we'll tell you before a change affects a renewal.
- Refunds: if you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of a payment for a full refund of that payment.
- Paid plans include unlimited practice under fair use: limits that stop automated or abusive use, not normal learning.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use the service to create harmful, illegal, harassing or sexual content, or to try to get around the AI's safety measures;
- use bots, scripts or shared accounts to send attempts, or try to get around rate limits or paywalls;
- copy, scrape or resell the exercises, or interfere with or attack the service;
- put other people's private information into prompts.
We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your prompts and our content
- Your prompts stay yours. You let us process them to run, grade and save your exercises, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete them any time.
- The exercises, feedback, design and code of AI Exercises belong to us. You may use them for your own learning, but not copy or republish them.
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Copilot, Perplexity and Meta AI are trademarks of their owners. AI Exercises is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Changes and availability
We're improving AI Exercises all the time, so features and exercises may change. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we'll tell signed-in users before it takes effect. We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Closing your account
You can delete your account any time from the Account button. Deleting it removes your prompts and scores; it doesn't cancel a Stripe subscription by itself, so cancel under Manage billing first.
