Fit a workout week around interview days
- For Job seekers
- You practice Showing an example of what you want
- Time about 5 minutes
About this exercise
You're job hunting and want to keep exercising. Make exactly 5 numbered lines, Mon to Fri, each like "1. Mon: 7:00 AM, strength 30 min", using your plan (strength Mon, Wed, Fri; walk Tue, Thu) at each day's free time from your calendar, with Wednesday's updated time. No tips. Under 60 words, plain text. Write a prompt that gets you exactly that.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Missing the update. The AI uses Wednesday's 7:00 AM slot, which now clashes with the interview. Try: Add: "Wednesday's free time is now 11:00 AM."
- Inventing a plan. The AI writes its own routine with warm-ups and rest days. Try: Add: "Use my plan: strength Mon, Wed, Fri 30 min; walk Tue, Thu 45 min."
- Getting fitness tips. The AI adds advice about stretching or interview-day energy. Try: Show it: "Exactly 5 lines like: 1. Mon: 7:00 AM, strength 30 min". No tips.
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for "under 60 words" and it often lands well over. Try: Cap it: "just the 5 lines."
What a strong prompt includes
