You need 40 prospecting calls this week. Write exactly 5 numbered lines, Monday to Friday, each like '1. Mon: 10 calls, 2-4pm', putting calls only in open time. The calls must add up to exactly 40, and Thursday is now an all-day offsite, so it gets 0. Plain text, under 70 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Missing the offsite. Your calendar shows only a short 1:1 on Thursday, so the AI fills it. Try: Add: "Thursday is an all-day offsite: 0 calls."
- Numbers that don't add up. The AI splits 40 evenly by 5 days and ignores the cap. Try: Add: "Exactly 40 total, max 15 a day."
- Booking over meetings. The AI puts calls in your best window even when a meeting is there. Try: Add: "Only open time; no overlap with meetings."
- Tips instead of a plan. The AI adds cold-call scripts and bold headers. Try: Show it: "1. Mon: 10 calls, 2-4pm". Plain text.
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting words, so a total word cap usually lands over. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 10 words."
