About this exercise
Write an email accepting the buyer's counteroffer, conditional on three things, plain text under 110 words, subject line first, starting "Hi Lars,". List the three conditions as dash bullets in the order of the notes. State the final annual price, not the earlier ones, and end with the sentence "If that works, I'll send the order form today." Do not agree to anything outside the notes.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using an earlier price. The AI writes $45,000 or $42,000. Try: Add: "Use the approved final price, $43,500."
- Granting extras. The AI agrees to net 60 or an SLA. Try: Add: "Agree to nothing outside the notes."
- Missing the closing sentence. The AI ends with 'let me know'. Try: Add: "End with the exact sentence."
- Wrong bullets or length. The AI lists extra conditions in prose. Try: Add: "Exactly three dash bullets in the order of the notes."
