About this exercise

Write the kickoff agenda as a first line exactly "Marlowe Dental kickoff", then exactly four lines formatted "HH:MM - Topic (N min)", starting at 10:00, followed by a final line "Total: 60 min". The four topics are in the notes. The durations must add up to 60 and no topic gets under 10 minutes. Plain text, under 45 words in total, nothing else.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Adding the demo. The template block has a 20-minute demo. Try: Say: "No product demo."
  • Times that don't add up. The AI picks start times that skip or overlap. Try: Say: "Start times follow from durations. They must total 60."
  • Wrong format. The AI adds a heading, a table or notes. Try: Show the line: 10:00 - Topic (10 min), then Total: 60 min.
  • Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI adds attendees, notes and descriptions. Try: Say: "Only the header, four timed lines and the total, under 45 words."
