About this exercise
Write an FAQ for the website with exactly 4 questions. Format each as "Q:" on one line and "A:" on the next, with each answer under 18 words. Use only the policy. The four questions must cover: how long coverage lasts, what is excluded, how to start a claim, and what you need to bring. Start with the exact line "Verdant Audio warranty FAQ". Plain text, under 110 words in total.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the outdated FAQ. The AI mixes the old 1-year line with the new policy. Try: Add: "Use only the Oct 1 policy."
- Missing the accessories rule. The AI says 2 years for everything. Try: Say: "Cover both periods: devices and accessories."
- Wrong format. The AI writes headings and long paragraphs. Try: Show it: "Q: ..." then "A: ..." on the next line.
- Dropping the claim details. The AI skips what you need to bring. Try: List the four questions it must cover.
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
What a strong prompt includes
- Asks for plain text
- Sets a length limit
- Shows Q and A format
- Lists the four topics
