About this exercise
Your executive meets a customer tomorrow. Write 4 likely questions the customer will ask and an answer for each, as Q&A pairs in plain text: Q1:, A1:, Q2:, A2: and so on, each answer under 25 words. Use only the account notes, say "I'll confirm" for anything the notes do not settle, and never promise a price or date that is not in the notes.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Promising the API. The AI says the API arrives in Q2. Try: Say: "The API is tentative; say 'I'll confirm'."
- Leaking the discount. The AI mentions the early-signing discount. Try: Say: "Leave out the discount; pricing is not approved."
- Wrong labels. The AI writes a narrative or uses different labels. Try: Say: "Label them Q1, A1, Q2, A2..."
- Markdown. The AI bolds the questions. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each answer: "each answer under 25 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
