About this exercise
Write a one-page briefing for your executive, Aisha Karim, before her renewal call with Pinecrest Hospital Supply. Plain text, under 170 words, with exactly these headings on their own lines: Who they are, What they want, What worries them, What we can offer, What not to say. Use only the notes and facts that are confirmed.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Missing the structure. The AI writes a narrative. Try: Say: "Use the five headings, in order."
- Offering unapproved terms. The AI proposes a discount. Try: Say: "Only the approved offer; list discounts and the SLA under What not to say."
- Missing details. The AI is generic. Try: Say: "Use the numbers: $210,000, 3 outages, Feb 3."
- Markdown. The AI bolds the headings. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each section: "each section under 30 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
