About this exercise
Build a 6-week customer onboarding plan as a markdown table with columns Week, Task, Owner, Depends on. Exactly 6 rows (Weeks 1-6), one task per week, using only tasks, owners and dependencies from the notes. A task cannot be scheduled before the task it depends on. Output only the table.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Breaking dependencies. The AI schedules training before accounts. Try: Say: "No task before the one it depends on."
- Adding the dashboard. The AI adds the extra request. Try: Say: "Do not add tasks."
- Wrong owners. The AI shuffles owners. Try: Say: "Use the owners in the notes."
- Wrong table. The AI adds columns. Try: Say: "Columns: Week, Task, Owner, Depends on; six rows."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each cell: "each cell under 10 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
- Adding bold and notes. The AI bolds text and adds a title or notes around the answer. Try: Say: "Plain text only: no bold, no headings, no notes."
