About this exercise
Write four investor Q&A pairs in plain text as "Q: ..." then "A: ..." lines, in the order of the questions. Each answer is under 30 words, uses the final closed numbers (not the preliminary ones), and does not give new forecasts or guidance beyond what the notes already state. If a question asks for something the notes do not contain, answer exactly: We will not share that. Under 200 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using flash numbers. The AI uses $11.8M. Try: Say: "Use the final closed numbers only."
- Leaking the internal view. The AI says the bottom of the range. Try: Say: "No new forecasts or guidance beyond what the notes state."
- Naming the customer. The AI guesses or deflects with extra words. Try: Say: "If the notes lack it, answer exactly: We will not share that."
- Skipping runway math. The AI says "plenty of runway". Try: Say: "Show runway as $9.6M / $0.9M."
- Wrong format. The AI writes paragraphs. Try: Say: "Four Q:/A: pairs in order."
- Markdown. The AI bolds questions. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
What a strong prompt includes
