About this exercise

Extract the action items from the call transcript into a JSON array in one code block. Each object has exactly the keys owner, action, due (YYYY-MM-DD, or null if no date was given). Today is Monday 2025-03-10. Convert relative dates like "Friday" to ISO dates. Each separate commitment gets its own object (one person can have two). Skip discussion and opinions. At most 10 lines inside the block, and no text outside it.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Including opinions. The AI adds the hiring freeze thought. Try: Say: "Only commitments; skip discussion and opinions."
  • Missing the correction. The AI uses tomorrow for Priya. Try: Say: "Use Priya's correction: Thursday 2025-03-13."
  • Wrong date format. The AI writes 'Friday'. Try: Say: "Convert to YYYY-MM-DD from Monday 2025-03-10."
  • Extra text. The AI explains the dates. Try: Say: "Only the code block."
