About this exercise
Build the one-day leadership offsite agenda as a table with columns Time, Session, Owner, Outcome. It starts at 9:00 (the venue moved it from 8:30) and ends by 4:30, lunch is fixed at 12:30-1:15, and the budget session needs the CFO, Lena Park, who is only there after 1:30. Every Outcome must be a decision or a deliverable, not "discussion". Output only the table, under 230 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Not stating the fixed times. The AI uses the 8:30 start from the old draft and moves lunch. Try: Say: "Start 9:00, lunch fixed 12:30-1:15, end by 4:30."
- Ignoring who's there when. The AI puts the budget session in the morning, before the CFO arrives. Try: Add: "Budget session after 1:30, and org design after budget."
- Vague outcomes. The AI writes "Discuss churn" as the outcome. Try: Add: "Each Outcome is a decision or deliverable, never discussion."
- Trusting the AI to count words. Agendas with notes and explanations run long. Try: Cap cells: "Outcome under 8 words. Output only the table."
What a strong prompt includes
- Gives the fixed times
- Handles the CFO's arrival
- Orders dependent sessions
- Demands real outcomes
- Asks for a table
