About this exercise

Build a one-day offsite agenda as a markdown table with columns Time, Session, Owner, Why. Use 09:00-17:00, with a 60-minute lunch at 12:30 and two 15-minute breaks. Every session must come from the requests, no session may be longer than its requested length, and times must not overlap. After the table add one line starting "Conflicts:" naming any request you left out. Use the corrected inputs only.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Using the old length. The AI keeps the strategy session at 90 minutes. Try: Say: "Use the update: strategy is 75 minutes."
  • Ignoring a time limit. The AI places Priya's session after 15:30. Try: Say: "Priya must finish by 15:30; Omar can't start before 10:00."
  • Hiding the conflict. The AI squeezes everything in and doesn't say it doesn't fit. Try: Say: "Add a Conflicts: line for what was left out or shortened."
  • Wrong table. The AI changes the columns. Try: Say: "Columns exactly: Time, Session, Owner, Why."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each cell: "each cell under 12 words."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
