About this exercise
Write exactly 5 numbered pre-work questions for the leadership offsite. Each question is under 20 words, can be answered in two minutes in writing, and references a specific fact from the notes. No yes/no questions, no question about individuals, and none about the topics the notes say are off the agenda.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Yes/no questions. The AI asks 'Should we raise prices?'. Try: Say: "Open questions only; no yes or no."
- Generic questions. The AI could use them for any company. Try: Say: "Reference facts from the notes."
- Off-agenda topics. The AI asks about Berlin. Try: Say: "Leave out Berlin and the CTO search."
- Wrong count. The AI writes 8 questions. Try: Say: "Exactly 5 numbered questions."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each question: "each under 20 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
