Do not mention salary, other candidates, or reasons she was chosen over anyone. HR reviewed this wording: end with HR approved wording.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Old date. The AI uses Dec 1. Try: Say: "Effective Jan 6."
  • Mentioning other candidates. The AI says she beat two others. Try: Say: "No other candidates or panel feedback."
  • Missing the contribution number. The AI says 'great work'. Try: Say: "Give the 62 weekly users."
  • Wrong ending. The AI adds a sign-off. Try: Say: "Last line exactly: HR approved wording."
  • Markdown. The AI bolds. Try: Say: "Plain text."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each sentence: "each under 22 words."
