About this exercise
For a board pre-read, write exactly 3 numbered questions the directors should think about before Thursday's meeting. Each question is under 30 words, references one number from the notes, asks for a judgment (not a fact), and none asks about the topics marked closed. Plain text, nothing before or after.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Yes/no questions. The AI asks 'Do you agree with the plan?'. Try: Say: "Ask for a judgment that forces a trade-off."
- No numbers. The AI asks generic questions. Try: Say: "Each question references one number from the notes."
- Closed topics. The AI includes the CTO succession. Try: Say: "Skip the closed topics."
- Wrong count. The AI writes 5 questions. Try: Say: "Exactly 3 numbered questions."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each: "each question under 25 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
