About this exercise

Write the introduction the host will read aloud for your executive, Dr. Amara Osei, before her keynote. Plain text, under 60 words, 3 sentences. The first words are "Dr. Amara Osei is". Sentence 1 names her current role and company. Sentence 2 gives one achievement with its number. Sentence 3 introduces the talk title in quotes and ends with the words please welcome Dr. Amara Osei. Use only the facts given and leave out personal details.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Old role. The AI uses the Mercer role. Try: Say: "Her current role is Chief Medical Officer at Lakeside Health Network."
  • Personal details. The AI mentions the dog or children. Try: Say: "Leave out personal details."
  • Missing numbers. The AI says 'dramatically cut waits'. Try: Say: "Give 94 minutes to 61 minutes across 6 hospitals."
  • Wrong ending. The AI ends with extra praise. Try: Say: "End with the words please welcome Dr. Amara Osei."
  • Markdown. The AI adds a heading. Try: Say: "Plain text."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each sentence: "each under 20 words."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
