About this exercise
Create a communication plan for the ERP go-live as a markdown table with columns Audience, Message, Channel, When, Owner. One row per audience in the notes (four rows). Each Channel must be one the audience actually uses per the notes, When uses the dates in the notes, and Owner is a name from the notes. Output only the table.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Wrong channels. The AI uses email for warehouse staff. Try: Say: "Use a channel the audience actually uses."
- Missing dates or owners. The AI writes 'before go-live'. Try: Say: "Use the exact dates and owner names."
- Extra rows. The AI adds the CEO or IT. Try: Say: "Four rows, one per audience in the notes."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each cell: "each cell under 12 words."
