Make Spanish flashcards for the words you don't know yet
- For Office and admin
- You practice Showing an example of what you want
- Time about 5 minutes
About this exercise
You work a clinic front desk and are learning Spanish for check-in. Get exactly 6 numbered flashcards, one for each word you haven't checked off, formatted "1. word = English | Example: Spanish sentence (English)". Each example is a short front-desk sentence under 10 words. Under 150 words, plain text, and skip the words you already know.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Getting cards you don't need. The AI makes a card for every word, including the ones you know and the one your manager ruled out. Try: Add: "Only the unchecked words. Skip la receta."
- Generic example sentences. Without your job, the AI writes sentences about travel or school. Try: Add: "Each example is something I'd say at a clinic front desk."
- Using tú with patients. The AI often uses casual tú in examples, which sounds rude to patients. Try: Add: "Use usted forms in every example."
- No card shape. The AI makes a table or adds notes and pronunciation for every word. Try: Show it: "1. el seguro = insurance | Example: ¿Tiene su tarjeta de seguro? (Do you have your insurance card?)"
- Forgetting where it's going. AI adds bold and headings that show up as stray symbols in a printed study sheet. Try: Add: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
What a strong prompt includes

- Gives the job context
