Learn to say your new coworkers' Spanish names correctly
- For Office and admin
- You practice Asking for a format you can use
- Time about 5 minutes
About this exercise
Five new coworkers from your company's Monterrey office start Monday, and you want to say their names right. Get exactly 5 numbered lines formatted "1. Name - say: syl-la-BLES", with the stressed syllable in capitals, under 70 words, plain text. Follow the accent marks in the corrected list, and use the nickname one person asked you to use.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Getting full names. The AI respells every first and last name, but you only need first names for the intro. Try: Add: "First names only."
- Ignoring the accent marks. The AI may stress the wrong syllable when it guesses instead of following the written accent. Try: Add: "Stress the syllable with the accent mark, in capitals."
- Not using the nickname. The AI respells Cuauhtémoc, but he asked to be called Temo. Try: Add: "Use Temo for line 4."
- No line shape. The AI writes notes on Spanish sounds and history for each name. Try: Show it: "1. Joaquín - say: wah-KEEN"
- Forgetting where it's going. AI adds bold and headings that show up as stray symbols in a sticky note. Try: Add: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
