About this exercise
Build the all-hands agenda in plain text: one line per item in the form HH:MM Item - speaker (minutes). Start at 10:00 and end at 10:30. The order is fixed: welcome, results, product demo, customer story, Q&A, close. Q&A must be 8 minutes or longer. Times must add to exactly 30 minutes. Last line: Total: 30 minutes.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Gaps or overrun. The AI ends at 10:38. Try: Say: "Times add to exactly 30 minutes, ending 10:30."
- Cutting Q&A. The AI shrinks Q&A to 5 minutes. Try: Say: "Q&A is 8 minutes or longer."
- Going below minimums. The AI cuts the demo to 4 minutes. Try: Say: "Respect each speaker's minimum."
- Adding the raffle. The AI adds a raffle item. Try: Say: "Only the six items."
- Markdown. The AI uses a table. Try: Say: "Plain text lines."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 12 words."
