About this exercise
Create a decision-rights table in markdown with columns Decision, Who decides, Who must be consulted, Who is informed. Exactly 5 rows for the decisions in the notes. Who decides is exactly one name. Use the final assignments from the notes, and write "unassigned" where the notes name nobody. Output only the table.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Old decider. The AI keeps Rina on go/no-go. Try: Say: "Rina handed go/no-go to Tomas on Nov 1."
- Picking a side. The AI assigns the contractor decision. Try: Say: "If the notes name nobody, write unassigned."
- Extra rows. The AI adds social events. Try: Say: "Exactly 5 rows."
- Wrong columns. The AI uses RACI letters. Try: Say: "Columns: Decision, Who decides, Who must be consulted, Who is informed."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each cell: "each cell under 10 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
