About this exercise
You own a small bakery and are handing the weekly supplier order to your shift lead, Marisol. Fill in this exact template in plain text, one field per line, in this order: Task, Owner, Deadline, Budget limit, Check with me before, Done looks like. Keep every field to one line. Use only the facts in the notes.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Missing or reordered labels. The AI writes a paragraph or invents its own headings. Try: Say: "Use these six labels, in this order, one per line."
- Using the old deadline. The AI picks Tuesday noon from the outdated note. Try: Say: "Use the current cutoff, Wednesday 3 pm."
- Adding extra duties. The AI adds the second-supplier idea to Marisol's task. Try: Say: "Only what is in this handoff. Leave out the second supplier."
- Markdown clutter. The AI bolds the labels and adds bullets. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no bullets."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each field: "each field under 15 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
