About this exercise
Assign the five recurring team tasks to owners in a markdown table with columns Task, Owner, Backup, Why. Each person owns at most 2 tasks and backs up at most 2. Use only the people and facts in the notes, and respect each person's stated limits. Why is under 14 words. Output only the table.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Overloading Ana. The AI gives Ana three tasks. Try: Say: "Ana can take at most 1 task."
- Cara on a weekly task. The AI makes Cara the owner of the weekly report. Try: Say: "Cara is on leave Dec 16-27."
- Wrong shape. The AI adds rows or columns. Try: Say: "Columns: Task, Owner, Backup, Why; five rows."
- Long reasons. The AI writes sentences. Try: Say: "Why under 10 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each cell: "each cell under 10 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
- Adding bold and notes. The AI bolds text and adds a title or notes around the answer. Try: Say: "Plain text only: no bold, no headings, no notes."
