About this exercise
Plan the first-week listening tour for a new Director of Operations as a markdown table with columns Day, Who, Purpose, Question to ask. Exactly 5 rows (Mon to Fri), one per person group in the notes, no meeting on a blocked day for that person, and each Question is open and under 15 words. Output only the table.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Ignoring availability. The AI schedules the CEO on Thursday. Try: Say: "Respect each group's availability."
- Closed questions. The AI asks yes/no questions. Try: Say: "Open questions under 12 words."
- Wrong shape. The AI uses fewer or more rows. Try: Say: "Exactly 5 rows, one group per day."
- Promising change. The AI writes 'to fix X'. Try: Say: "Purposes are about learning only."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each cell: "each cell under 12 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
