Sentences 2-4 each state one topic you will cover, in the order of the notes. Sentence 5 asks what he wants to talk about. Do not mention performance ratings.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Wrong order. The AI jumps to career goals. Try: Say: "Cover the three topics in the order of the notes."
- Mentioning probation. The AI brings up the review. Try: Say: "No performance ratings or probation."
- No closing question. The AI ends with a statement. Try: Say: "Sentence 5 asks what he wants to talk about."
- Too long. The AI writes 8 sentences. Try: Say: "Exactly 5 sentences."
- Markdown. The AI uses bullets. Try: Say: "Plain spoken sentences."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each sentence: "each under 17 words."
