About this exercise
Summarize the OKR grading meeting for the team in exactly 3 plain-text lines labeled Wins:, Misses:, Next quarter:. Each line is one sentence under 25 words, uses the final scores, and names the owner in parentheses. Use 0.0 to 1.0 scores as written. Do not include objectives that were dropped.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the early score. The AI uses 0.6 for activation. Try: Say: "Use the final score: 0.4."
- Grading a dropped KR. The AI includes the webinars. Try: Say: "Leave out the dropped KR."
- Missing owners. The AI omits who owned each KR. Try: Say: "Name the owner in parentheses."
- Wrong structure. The AI writes a list of five. Try: Say: "Exactly three labeled lines."
- Markdown and numbers. The AI numbers and bolds. Try: Say: "Plain text, no numbering."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 25 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
