About this exercise
Draft a 30-60-90 plan table in markdown with columns Window, Goal, Metric, Check date. Exactly three rows. Each Metric is a number from the notes with its target, each Check date is one of the dates in the notes, and each cell is under 12 words. Do not plan work on the closed topics. Output only the table.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Invented metrics. The AI creates new KPIs. Try: Say: "Use the three numbers and targets from the notes."
- Wrong dates. The AI makes up check dates. Try: Say: "Check dates come from the notes."
- Planning closed topics. The AI includes the Brazil module. Try: Say: "Leave out the closed topics and hiring."
- Wrong table. The AI adds rows or columns. Try: Say: "Columns: Window, Goal, Metric, Check date; three rows."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each cell: "each cell under 12 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
