About this exercise
Plan a 45-minute sprint retro for 8 people. Write a plain-text agenda with one line per segment in the form HH:MM-HH:MM Segment - how it runs, starting at 14:00. The segments must be consecutive, add up to exactly 45 minutes, and include: check-in, gather data, vote, discuss top item, actions, close. Last line: Total: 45 minutes. Use the facts about the team.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 20 words."
