Write price change subject lines in your brokerage's wording
Practice: Getting the tone right. About 5 minutes.
About this exercise
You're emailing your buyer list about a price change on 9 Larkspur Court. Write exactly 4 numbered subject lines, each under 10 words, each including the address and the new price. Your brokerage says "price improvement", so never use reduced, drop, slashed or desperate, and reply with only the plain-text list.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the typo. $419,900 is in the notes and looks precise. Try: Add: "New price is $419,000."
- Breaking the style guide. "Price reduced!" is the AI's default price-change subject. Try: Add: "Say price improvement. Never reduced, drop, slashed or desperate."
- Leaving out the basics. The AI writes teasers without the address or price. Try: Add: "Each includes the address and $419,000."
- Getting a long list. The AI gives 10 options grouped by style. Try: Add: "Exactly 4 numbered lines, plain text."
What a strong prompt includes
