About this exercise
Make a markdown table with columns Account | Seats | ARR | Probability | Expected and one row per account, then a Total row. ARR = seats x $300 per seat per year. Expected = ARR x probability, in dollars like $2,400. After the table add one line starting "Unweighted:" showing the total ARR if all close, and the words "vs weighted" with the weighted total. No bold, under 90 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old price. The AI uses $270. Try: Add: "Use $300 per seat."
- Summing probabilities. The AI adds up the probabilities. Try: Add: "Total Expected is the sum of expected amounts."
- Missing the Unweighted line. The AI skips the comparison. Try: Add: "Add: Unweighted: ... vs weighted ...".
- Bold and commentary. The AI bolds Total and adds opinions. Try: Add: "No bold; nothing else."
What a strong prompt includes
- Names the columns
- Gives the formulas
- Adds a Total row
- Adds the Unweighted line
- Uses the current price
