About this exercise
Write a Slack reminder to all reps in plain text with exactly 3 lines: line 1 starts "Due:" and gives the deadline in both ET and PT (convert it), line 2 starts "Submit:" and says what to update, line 3 starts "Skip:" and says who does not need to submit. No emoji, no @channel, under 60 words. Use the corrected deadline in the notes.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old day. The AI uses Wednesday. Try: Add: "Use the corrected deadline, Thursday."
- Wrong conversion. The AI writes 2 pm ET. Try: Add: "Convert: ET is 3 hours ahead of PT."
- Missing exemptions. The AI omits who is exempt. Try: Add: "Skip: list who does not submit."
- Slack clutter. The AI adds emoji, @channel and bold. Try: Add: "Plain text, 3 lines, no emoji, no @channel."
