About this exercise
Make a markdown table with columns SDR | Leads | vs average | Flag in the order given. vs average is (leads minus average) divided by average, whole-number percent with a sign. Flag is "Over" if above +20%, "Under" if below -20%, otherwise "OK" (exactly +20% or -20% is OK). Last line exactly: "Average: 40 leads." (use the real average). No bold, under 70 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Flagging exactly +20%. The AI flags Raj as Over. Try: Add: "Exactly 20% is OK."
- Wrong base. The AI divides by the total. Try: Add: "Divide by the average (total / 4)."
- Following the manager. The AI agrees Raj gets too many. Try: Add: "Apply the rule, not opinions."
- Missing last line or bold. The AI skips the average line and bolds. Try: Add: "End with the exact Average line; no bold."
What a strong prompt includes
- Names the columns
- Defines vs average
- States boundaries
- Adds the Average line
