Build the weekly meeting cadence table in Eastern Time
- For Managers and team leads
- You practice Giving the right context
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Intermediate
About this exercise
Make a markdown table with columns Meeting | Day | Time (ET) | Length | Owner and exactly 4 rows in this order: Forecast call, Pipeline review, Deal desk office hours, Enablement sync. Convert every time to Eastern Time using the offsets in the notes. Use the updated times, not the original ones. No bold and nothing outside the table. Under 90 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the original times. The AI uses 2 pm PT or 9 am ET. Try: Add: "Use the updated times."
- Wrong conversion. The AI subtracts instead of adds. Try: Add: "ET is 3 hours ahead of PT and 1 hour ahead of CT."
- Extra meetings. The AI adds the coffee chat. Try: Add: "Exactly 4 rows in the given order."
- Bold and commentary. The AI bolds headers and adds notes. Try: Add: "No bold; nothing outside the table."
What a strong prompt includes
- Names the columns
- Fixes the rows
- Converts to ET
- Uses updated times
- Table only
