- You practice Setting limits and rules
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Intermediate
About this exercise
Make a markdown table with columns Customer | MRR | ARR for the three customers in the order given, then a Total row. ARR = MRR x 12. Write amounts like $14,400. One-time fees and usage overages are excluded from MRR and ARR. After the table add one line starting "Excluded:" naming the excluded amounts and their total. No bold, under 80 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Including one-time fees. The AI adds the $500 and $120. Try: Add: "Exclude one-time fees and overages."
- Missing the Excluded line. The AI doesn't name what was left out. Try: Add: "Add an Excluded: line with the amounts and total."
- Wrong ARR formula. The AI multiplies by 52. Try: Add: "ARR = MRR x 12."
- Bold and extras. The AI bolds Total and adds notes. Try: Add: "No bold, under 80 words."
