- Time about 5 minutes

About this exercise
Build an agenda for a 60-minute pipeline review as plain-text lines in the form "Minutes | Topic | Lead". Use exactly 7 lines whose minutes add up to exactly 60: metrics snapshot first, then the three deep dives, then slipped deals, actions, and Q&A last. The three deal deep dives are the three largest deals in the list, each 10 minutes, in descending amount order. Leads are only the manager (Lin), RevOps (Gwen) or the rep named for the deal.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Wrong deals chosen. The AI picks by account name or order listed. Try: Add: "The deep dives are the three largest deals, largest first."
- Minutes don't add up. The AI leaves 55 or 65 minutes. Try: Add: "Minutes must add up to exactly 60."
- Invented leads. The AI assigns leads not in the notes. Try: Add: "Leads are only Lin, Gwen or the deal's rep."
- Long agenda. The AI adds descriptions. Try: Add: "Plain text lines only."
What a strong prompt includes

- Fixes the line count and total
