About this exercise
Prepare a checklist of exactly 6 questions for a quarterly business review with one rep. Each line starts with "- [ ]" and each question cites one number from the rep's data. The first question must be about the rep's lowest stage-to-stage conversion. No question is accusatory (no "why didn't you") and none asks about personal circumstances. Plain text, each question under 22 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Accusatory questions. The AI writes 'Why didn't you close more deals?' Try: Add: "No accusatory questions; ask what, how or which."
- Wrong first question. The AI starts with quota attainment. Try: Add: "The first question is about the lowest stage conversion."
- Personal topics. The AI mentions the August situation. Try: Add: "No questions about personal circumstances."
- Generic, long list. The AI writes 10 generic questions. Try: Add: "Exactly 6 lines starting - [ ], each citing a number."
What a strong prompt includes

- Fixes the count
