Weight the pipeline by stage probability and total it

About this exercise

Make a markdown table with columns Stage | Amount | Probability | Weighted and one row per open stage in the order Discovery, Demo, Proposal, Negotiation, then a Total row. Weighted = amount times probability, in $K like $140K. The Total row shows the total amount, a dash for probability, and the total weighted. Do not include Closed Won. No bold, nothing outside the table.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

• Using the old probabilities. The AI uses 5/20/40/60. Try: Add: "Use the 2026 probabilities."
• Including Closed Won. The AI adds the $150K to the total. Try: Add: "Do not include Closed Won."
• Bad Total row. The AI averages the probabilities. Try: Add: "Total row: total amount, a dash for probability, total weighted."
• Bold and extras. The AI bolds the Total and adds a note. Try: Add: "No bold, nothing outside the table."
