Write five CEO interview questions that use the pre-read
- For Consultants
- You practice Giving the right context
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Beginner
About this exercise
You are about to interview Gabriel Torres, CEO of FreightOak, before a strategy engagement. Write exactly 5 numbered open questions, each under 18 words. Each must refer to a specific fact from the pre-read. None may be leading (like "Don't you think...") or start with "Why".
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Generic strategy questions. The AI asks 'What are your goals?' with no facts. Try: Add: "Each question refers to a specific fact from the pre-read."
- Leading questions. The AI writes 'Don't you think the ERP failures hurt?'. Try: Add: "No leading questions and none beginning with Why."
- Wrong count or length. The AI writes ten questions. Try: Add: "Exactly 5 numbered questions, each under 18 words."
What a strong prompt includes
- Fixes the count
- Uses pre-read facts
- Bans leading
- Bans Why
- Caps length
