About this exercise
A prospect says he doesn't want to be locked into a long contract. Write a three-line talk track in plain text under 60 words, starting the lines exactly with Acknowledge:, Options: and Ask:. Options names only the two real term options in the notes with their prices. Ask is one question about which term fits better. Do not criticize competitors and do not mention a discount beyond the stated price difference.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Offering the retired option. The AI mentions the 24-month $38. Try: Add: "Only the two current options."
- Inventing a custom deal. The AI offers a trial or discount. Try: Add: "No custom terms or discounts."
- No closing question. The AI ends with 'let me know'. Try: Add: "Ask is one question about which term fits better."
- Wrong shape. The AI writes a long paragraph. Try: Add: "Three labeled lines under 60 words, plain text."
What a strong prompt includes
- Lists the three labels
- Names the two options
- Ends with a question
- Bans extras
- Limits length
