About this exercise
Write a follow-up email after a demo. Line 1 must be exactly "Subject: Recording and next steps". Start with "Hi Marta,". Plain text under 80 words. Give the recording and slides using the placeholders [recording link] and [slides link], recap exactly 3 things she asked about as dash bullets (only from the notes), and name the next step with a date. Don't add features she didn't ask about. Sign off "Jules".
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Adding unasked features. The AI adds the budgeting module. Try: Add: "Only what she asked about."
- Real-looking links. The AI invents URLs. Try: Add: "Use the placeholders exactly."
- Missing dates. The AI says 'soon'. Try: Add: "Next steps with dates."
- Long email. The AI writes a long recap. Try: Add: "Plain text under 80 words."
