About this exercise
Write a kickoff email to the new customer's project lead. Plain text under 100 words, subject line first, starting with "Hi Noor,". Give exactly 3 next steps as dash bullets, each with an owner and a date (use the dates in the notes). Do not promise a go-live date, only the dates in the notes, and do not mention the discount given in the deal.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Promising go-live. The AI says 'we'll be live Dec 14'. Try: Add: "Don't promise a go-live date."
- Mentioning the discount. The AI thanks them for agreeing to the 10% discount. Try: Add: "Don't mention the discount or price."
- Missing owners or dates. The AI writes 'next steps soon'. Try: Add: "Each bullet has an owner and a date."
- Wrong format. The AI writes headings and long paragraphs. Try: Add: "Plain text under 100 words, exactly 3 dash bullets."
