About this exercise
Write an email sending the company's standard mutual NDA. Line 1 must be exactly "Subject: Mutual NDA for your review". Start with "Hi Priti,". Plain text under 95 words. State the term and who signs, and say any edits will be reviewed by our legal team. Do not say the NDA is "standard so no changes are possible", do not interpret any clause, and sign off "Cal".
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Interpreting clauses. The AI explains what the confidentiality clause means. Try: Add: "Don't interpret any clause."
- Saying no edits possible. The AI says it's standard. Try: Add: "Edits are welcome and reviewed by legal."
- Wrong subject or opener. The AI writes its own subject. Try: Add: "Exact subject and opener."
- Long email. The AI explains confidentiality at length. Try: Add: "Plain text under 80 words."
