About this exercise
A prospect says he wants to compare a few vendors before deciding. Write a three-line talk track in plain text under 60 words starting the lines exactly with Agree:, Offer:, Ask:. Offer gives the one comparison aid in the notes (the neutral checklist). Ask requests the date he plans to decide. Don't criticize competitors, mention discounts or create pressure.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Sending internal battlecards. The AI offers a competitive comparison. Try: Add: "Offer only the neutral vendor comparison checklist."
- Criticizing competitors. The AI says other vendors are limited. Try: Add: "No criticism of competitors."
- Adding pressure. The AI mentions a limited-time offer. Try: Add: "No discounts or urgency."
- Wrong shape. The AI writes a paragraph. Try: Add: "Three labeled lines under 60 words, plain text."
