About this exercise
A prospect says he needs to talk to his business partner first. Write a reply in plain text, exactly 3 lines, under 90 words: line 1 agrees without pressure, line 2 offers the one-page summary (the approved Partner Brief PDF) written for a second reader, line 3 asks when they plan to talk and offers to join a short call with both of them. No exclamation marks and no discount.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Sending extra materials. The AI offers the ROI calculator and customer list. Try: Add: "Offer only the Partner Brief."
- Adding a discount. The AI sweetens with a deal. Try: Add: "No discount or incentive."
- Pushy close. The AI asks him to sign this week. Try: Add: "Line 1 agrees without pressure."
- Too long. The AI writes a long email with exclamation marks. Try: Add: "3 lines, under 55 words, no exclamation marks."
