About this exercise

Write the Assumptions section of a proposal as exactly 5 lines starting with "- [ ]", each stating one assumption the price relies on, in the form "We assume: ...". Use only facts from the discovery notes (numbers and dates exactly), and put the most price-sensitive assumption first. Each line under 20 words. Plain text, no intro.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Wrong order. The AI starts with training or term. Try: Add: "Put the most price-sensitive assumption first (32 users)."
  • Including the fifth office or internal info. The AI adds the maybe-fifth office. Try: Add: "Only facts the price is built on; no internal notes."
