About this exercise
A prospect replied to your email with "just send me some info." Write your reply in plain text under 50 words, as exactly 3 lines: line 1 thanks him in 6 words or fewer, line 2 asks one question about what he wants to decide, line 3 offers the single approved one-pager (the Pricing Overview PDF) and nothing else. No attachments list, no link text, no exclamation marks.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Sending everything. The AI lists the guide, calculator and customer list. Try: Add: "Offer only the Pricing Overview PDF."
- No question. The AI just says 'attached is info'. Try: Add: "Line 2 asks one question about what he wants to decide."
- Long gushing reply. The AI writes 120 words with exclamation marks. Try: Add: "Exactly 3 lines, under 50 words, no exclamation marks."
What a strong prompt includes
- Fixes 3 lines
- Asks one question
- Limits the offer
- Sets the thank-you size
- Bans exclamation marks
