About this exercise
Write exactly 5 subject lines for a cold email to a warehouse operations manager about the dock-scheduling trigger in the notes. Number them 1 to 5. Each is 2 to 6 words, written in sentence case (only the first word capitalized, no all-caps words), with no question marks, no exclamation marks and none of the banned words in the notes. Each uses a different angle. Plain text.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using banned words. The AI loves 'quick question' and 'free'. Try: Add: "Avoid the banned words: free, guarantee, urgent, quick, opportunity, limited."
- Questions and caps. The AI writes questions and Title Case. Try: Add: "Sentence case, no question marks or exclamation marks."
- Five variations of one idea. The AI repeats the same angle. Try: Add: "Each line uses a different angle."
- Extra text. The AI adds explanations per line. Try: Add: "Exactly 5 numbered lines, plain text."
What a strong prompt includes
