Color quota attainment without punishing ramping reps

About this exercise

You want the Q4 Attainment sheet (A2:F40) to color whole rows green at 100% of quota or more and red below 70%, but reps marked Ramping in column F must never be colored red. Ask for exactly 3 numbered lines: Green: with its custom formula, Red: with its custom formula, and Apply to: with the range. Plain text, under 70 words.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

• Forgetting ramping reps. The AI's red rule colors new hires, which is what happened last quarter. Try: Add: "Never color Ramping reps red."
• Using 100 instead of 1. Percents are stored as decimals, so =E2>=100 never fires. Try: Add: "E is a decimal: 100% is 1."
• Coloring one cell, not the row. Without $ on the column, the rule only works in one column. Try: Add: "Color whole rows; lock columns with $."
