Write the training invite to Zainab. Line 1 is "Subject:" with 7 words or fewer. One sentence. Then exactly three lines "Option 1:", "Option 2:", "Option 3:" formatted like "Option 1: Tue Nov 10, 10:00 AM CT", using only slots that fit both calendars. Then the line "Reply with 1, 2 or 3." and last line exactly "Mo, Customer Success". Plain text, under 60 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Offering slots they can't make. The AI lists all trainer slots. Try: Say: "Only Tue/Thu mornings, not Nov 12."
- Wrong option format. The AI writes dates in sentences. Try: Show: Option 1: Tue Nov 10, 10:00 AM CT.
- Wrong subject or sign-off. The AI signs with 'Best regards'. Try: Give the exact last line.
- Getting markdown and extra text. AI adds bold dates and long paragraphs. Try: Say "plain text, under 50 words".
